RETs Global Network provides overseas vehicle sourcing and import services based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. We help clients source, import, and clear vehicles into Nigeria through the following packages:

• Basic vehicle import — sourcing a used vehicle and managing its shipment and clearing
• Standard vehicle import — sourcing, inspection, shipping, and full clearing services
• Premium doorstep vehicle delivery — complete management with door-to-door delivery
• Vehicle sourcing and advisory for individual and business clients

3. Vehicle Information and Listings

All vehicle information, including prices, specifications, condition, and documentation status, is provided for general informational purposes only. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all listings:

• Vehicles are independently inspected before being listed or sourced on your behalf
• Quoted prices are estimates and are subject to change based on market conditions and exchange rates
• Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a formal sourcing agreement is signed
• We recommend all clients conduct their own due diligence before committing to any vehicle purchase

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries
• Respond promptly to communications from our team
• Provide all required personal and payment information for sourcing and clearing
• Understand and accept that import duties, clearing fees, and shipping timelines may vary
• Pay all agreed fees and charges as outlined in your service agreement

5. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure varies depending on the package engaged:

• Basic Vehicle Import: Fees cover vehicle sourcing and shipment management. Port clearing, duties, and taxes are paid by the client.
• Standard Vehicle Import: Fees cover sourcing, inspection, shipping, and clearing services. Import duties and taxes are paid by the client.
• Premium Doorstep Delivery: Fees cover end-to-end management including door-to-door delivery. Duties and taxes are itemised and payable by the client.

All payments should be made to designated company accounts as specified in your agreement. We are not responsible for funds paid to third parties not authorised by us.

6. Due Diligence and Verification

We take vehicle inspection and documentation seriously. However, we strongly recommend that all clients:

• Review the inspection report and photographs provided before committing
• Verify all documentation, including the bill of lading, with the relevant agencies
• Confirm the vehicle's history, condition, and specifications with our team
• Understand the import duty and clearing requirements for the chosen vehicle

7. Shipping and Delivery

For all vehicle import packages:

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by port congestion, weather, and customs processing
• Vehicles travel at the client's risk until fully cleared and delivered, with coverage as arranged in your agreement
• Any delays beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation without applicable fees
• Full payment of agreed fees is required before shipment or clearing is initiated

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:

• We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions conducted without our involvement
• We are not liable for losses arising from third-party actions or misrepresentations
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engaged
• We are not responsible for market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, import policy changes, or vehicle value depreciation

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of RETs Global Network and is protected by Nigerian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
